HealthTeamWorks Launches Solutions Center Interactive

Webinars are a dime a dozen. From payers to EHR vendors to consultants, there is no shortage of information available. So, when HealthTeamWorks decided to enter this space, we wanted to do things a little different.

First, we don’t call our series webinars. This word evokes images of attendees logging on and multi-tasking while they “listen.” Second, our events are roundtable discussions intended to engage attendees in the conversation. By using polling questions, chat, and other interactive features we want to hear from you about your experience with the topic or your questions for panelists. We know some will continue to attend in listen mode to gather new information, but we invite you in to the conversation as part of an active learning community. 

Solutions Center Interactive was developed as part of the Solutions Center to add real-time virtual interaction among members of this community. The Solutions Center will launch later this Spring but Solutions Center Interactive events began in January of this year. Events are scheduled once a month and have covered topics such as the pillars and domains of high-performing networks, strategies for effective care management, and building vision and strategy for high performing networks. While we have a full schedule published, we are interested in your ideas for future events. If there is a topic you’d like to hear about or participate in discussing, please submit your ideas to membership@healthteamworks.org.

On April 18, we will hold our fourth event, “Beyond QI: Why Learning Organization Competencies Matter.” This session will focus on the evolution from quality improvement projects and teams to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. As we move further along the spectrum of value-based payment to full pay for performance, this culture shift is going to be more crucial to continued success. We invite you to join us and share your experience of integrating the competencies of a learning organization into your practice or network.
