Hanna Moffett

Hanna Moffett has over eight years of experience in healthcare and more than 15 years in telecommunications. She started at HealthTeamWorks as a Program Coordinator in 2015, supporting HealthTeamWorks’ Regional Learning Faculty in Colorado for the Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) Initiative. After completion of CPC, she served on the HealthTeamWorks team for the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) Colorado and Nebraska Regional Learning Network sub-contract. In this role, she coordinated collaborative learning events and provided support to Practice Facilitators and Program Managers.

As Program Manager, Ms. Moffett manages HealthTeamWorks’ marketing, website, office operations and supports the team with client projects and designing tools and resources. She is the editor of HealthTeamWorks’ newsletter and is experienced in event management, project management, internal and external communication strategies, and process improvement. Her expertise, responsiveness, and approachable customer service are attributes highly valued by staff and clients.

Before joining HealthTeamWorks, Ms. Moffett spent more than 15 years working for the Nokia Corporation, with positions in marketing, internal and external communications, and industry analyst relations in Finland, Germany, and the US. She has managed several multicultural and cross-functional projects throughout her career and is fluent in English, Finnish, and German. Born in Finland, she started schooling in Swaziland and graduated from Helsinki Secretarial College in Finland.
