Ms. Molina is a passionate advocate for equity, capacity building, and social justice. Her life experience as a Mexican-American immigrant and the support she received from social service organizations in Longmont, Colorado, have inspired her to dedicate her career to providing equitable care. Ms. Molina's extensive background includes managing a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and serving as CEO of a Title X reproductive health clinic in Colorado. Ms. Molina is an expert in healthcare operations and uses her knowledge to develop industry-relevant curricula and training that reflect the day-to-day experiences of care team members.
