Eliana Shooster, B.A.

Eliana is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Denver currently working as a healthcare coordinator for the integrated health home of Jefferson Center for Mental Health and MCPN/STRIDE at the Jefferson Plaza Family Health Home. In her work, Eliana acts in an initial triaging role to connect patients in a primary care setting with mental health services and brief interventions. Eliana has completed the two-day ASIST suicide prevention training and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
