Healthcare payment and delivery models are increasing the focus on improving quality and lowering the total cost of care.

Achieving the outcomes required to optimize reimbursement requires involving the entire care team in identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for change. Whether you are leading the group or acting as a team member, this workshop is a great introduction or refresher for common quality improvement approaches.

Following this event, participants should be able to:

• Facilitate evidence-based quality and process improvement tools,
• Use data to identify, prioritize, and guide improvement initiatives, and
• Apply basic change concepts to engage team members
