Perla Delgado, Ph.D.

Perla Delgado, Ph.D. is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in advocating for education equity and social justice. As the CEO of the "I Have a Dream" organization in Boulder County, she is committed to bridging the gaps and providing guidance to young people and their families as they navigate their path toward college, career, or technical education opportunities. Prior to joining the IHDF team, she served as the Director and Principal Investigator of the College Assistance Migrant Program at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. Dr. Delgado holds a Ph.D. in Education from Texas State University.
